My daughter w...Oh Jessica - that's a sad event. My daughter went on the Pride march here in the UK (London) but son was working in Paris over the weekend. They're both gay and it's great for me to know that they live in a culture where it is accepted (though we must not get complacent, for like racism and anti semitism little veins of homophobia lurk in the strata of society). <br /><br />I'm sorry for your families loss. I don't know How a funeral that quick that would work here in the UK, as a sudden death would need investigating. But I've no direct experience of that. And your Poor aunt with dementia. That's cruel. Just lost my dad, but it was a release as he had dementia for several years and the person he was had already slipped away. But let's celebrate the fact that the Supreme Court in the USA has at least made a bit of history!! We need to work on Northern Ireland now!
